These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BSTransfers(the “Provider”, “we”) and the customers (“you”, the “Passenger”) who book and use transfer services within Bulgaria and along the entire Black Sea coast, including airport, hotel, and address transfers.
By making a booking through the website, by phone, or via messenger, you declare that you have read and accept these terms.
1. Services
We provide pre-booked transfers with licensed vehicles and professional drivers. The service includes transport between the specified pickup and drop-off points, as per the confirmed booking.
- Meet & Greet at the airport on request
- Free waiting time: 60 min at airports, 15 min at addresses
- Flight tracking for airport transfers
- Child seat on advance request — at an extra charge
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after our reply by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
The customer must provide accurate information: name, phone number, route, date and time, number of passengers, flight number (if applicable), and any special requirements.
3. Prices and payment
The price is fixed and confirmed before the transfer. It includes the driver, fuel, road tolls, parking, and free waiting time as described above.
Payment is made in cash in EUR only after the service is completed. We do not accept card payments or bank transfers.
4. Cancellations and changes
Please notify us as early as possible of any change or cancellation. In case of cancellation without notice or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the reserved time.
5. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, weather conditions, or delayed flights beyond our control — however, we track flights and adjust the schedule at no extra charge in case of delays.
